Miscellaneous Read

-Things I have considered and if you wish to contribute and be a part of the community (Evolution) or any guild for that matter, you should too.

• Our Direction : Do we, our guild, want/wish to continue with our "laxed" policies? if so we need to expect that there will be instances of full-time AFK life-skill/ profession members [even thou we are only a part-time life skill guild]
• Manpower : Do we have *enough* people/members? [Are they willing to put in effort for guild progress? Are they willing to help out with whatever that IS necessary ? And are they willing to go the extra mile just for the guild?]
• Progress : *Progress* for the sake of progress, does it benefit the guild? AND what kind of progress? For the guild or for the members?

-Things I have come to understand from considering all of the above.

• Freedom and benefit of doubt : I believe everyone has to do their own stuff in BDO or in real life, so I've given all guild members full auto pilot to do whatever they wanna do whenever they wanna do and considering that some of us maybe AFK life skill-ing, I have come to an understanding that guild members may/not be receptive and/- may/not be free to *help*
•  IF and/or SHOULD we progress for our members, we need to understand that some of them may/not  stay as they might have plans in the future ALSO we never really know till then so ...........*read Progress again*
